Copia Silvfox

Copia Silvfoxes were originally available in the Den .

They were released on November 24, 2011 and once again in 2012 until the following Monday. They are no longer obtainable apart from breeding or trading.

They were released as a special adoptable for Thanksgiving, a North American holiday.

Unlike normal eggs which crack as they level up, this silvfox's first stage is a cornucopia that steadily gains food. For this reason, all egg sprites will be included in the sprites section below.

Egg: A cornucopia is sitting amongst the eggs.

Foxling: Aww! A fox kit was inside of the cornucopia! It's always sharing its food with others.

Adult: The Copia Silvfox is seen as the spirit of the harvest. When they arrive in the forest, food becomes plentiful and the land under their paws is always fertile. Copia silvfoxes are vegitarians, gathering up plants and edible fungi in the large horn like structure they were born in, then sharing it with all of their den mates as a large feast. In the wild, the parent foxes spend time creating the horn that will act as their kit's home before laying a single small egg deep inside and stocking it full of fruits for the young kit to eat upon hatching. The cornucopia is then hidden and the adults leave, never returning to nurture the young fox even after it hatches. There is no need. The kit will not leave its cornucopia until it runs out of food, and due to the nature of this species', finding more food is particularly easy. Other species who are lucky enough to stumble upon the rare Copia Silvfox will make their dens close to its cornucopia in hopes of benefiting from the Copia Silvfox's tendency to share and the abundance of food in its territory.
